The company is happy to promote two of its talented leaders, one into a different position within the Group Management team and one as a new member. All other Group Management members continue in their current roles.
Jorge Couto, with the company since 1998 and Divisional President Securitas Ibero-America since 2019, will take over the role of Divisional President North America and remains a member of Group Management.

Zacarías Erimías has been with Securitas since 2001 in various leadership roles and since 2014 as Country President of Spain. A recruitment process for Zacarías’ successor as Country President Spain has been initiated.

These changes are effective November 1, 2024.
ABOUT Jorge Couto
Jorge Couto joined Securitas in 1998 and worked both as Branch and Area Manager until he assumed the position of Country President Portugal in 2006. On July 1, 2019, he was appointed Divisional Ibero-America and became a member of Securitas Group Management.
Jorge Couto has studied engineering, marketing and management and holds a degree in security studies.
ABOUT Zacarías Erimías
Zacarías Erimías has 27 years of professional experience within security and joined Securitas in 2001 as an Area Manager. Over the following years, he held various leadership positions until he assumed the position of Country President Spain in 2014.
Zacarías Erimias holds degrees in commercial management and marketing, and labor relations, as well as master’s degrees in business administration and security management.
