Seguricorp, with annual sales of approximately MSEK 304 (MCLP 22,680) and approximately 3,750 employees, has nationwide coverage in guarding services. The company has a strong position in the customer segment mining industry.
Securitas entered the Chilean security services market in 2008 and is today among the largest security services companies in Chile with approximately 4,000 employees. With the acquisition of Seguricorp, Securitas will be the market leader in security services in Chile.
The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas AB as of April 1, 2011.
