ASG, a subsidiary of the French Group Assystem, has annual sales of approximately MSEK 125 (MEUR 14) and approximately 400 employees. The company is specialized in security services to the energy sector.
Securitas is the market leader in security services in France, with approximately 20,000 employees. With the acquisition of ASG, Securitas will become the leading player in the French private security market for energy customers.
The acquisition will be consolidated in Securitas AB as of June 1, 2011.
