The acquisitions in Germany and France announced during this summer will increase Securitas` sales from about SEK 12 billion to about SEK 18 billion. At the same time, France and Germany will become the Group`s largest countries of operation with sales of about SEK 5 billion and SEK 4 billion respectively. Also in the existing operations, fast development is taking place in the different business areas.

To meet Securitas` fast development and to ensure the right management structure to meet the new challenges, the group management has been expanded and changed in the following way:

q Country managers in Germany, France and Spain are now members of the group management. Thus the four largest countries of operation (including Sweden) are represented in the group management.

q The country manager of Great Britain, a country where Securitas runs Cash-in-Transit services only, is now a member of the group management and will take over the responsibility for the business area Cash-in-Transit services in the whole group.

q The President for Securitas Direct Division (alarms for private homes and small companies) is now a member of the group management. Securitas Direct is the fastest growing business area of the group, with strongly increasing influence on the development of the whole group.

q Amund Skarholt, Executive Vice President, has been appointed Chief Operational Officer (COO).
